Health campaign in Remote areas

• With the Cooperation of Smriti Van/Rotatry club, Shivanand Ashram, Red Cross Society, Nehru Yuva Kendra and NABARD we organized medical camp (physical examination, eye testing for thousand of peoples) for elderly people and children in remote areas. We have also operated people for eye cataract and distributed eye glasses and required medicines. We have organized the camp in most difficult terrain (Agoda, Dasda, Shrikalkhal, Kimad, Dhanari, sald, mandoo, laksheshwar, manpur etc).
• We also distributing milk, juices, bread, fruits, Rus in district hospital on every Sundays.
• As I am the active member of the Red Cross society we donate the blood according to the requirement of the district hospital, Till date we have donated 68 times.
• I have sent needy and poor patient to the dehradun hospital (indira hardyesh jolly grant) with own financial assistance.
• Due to my efforts through state disease financial nidhi amount of One lacs Fifty thousand from State bank Of India, Draft no- 556937 dated 21-06-2010 has sent to Head Medical Officer, Himalayan institute jollygrant for operation of Mr. Manoj Uniyal which was successful.
• I have also helped 81 old and disabled people(bhatwari and Dunda Block) to get old pension . Out of them few are sher singh, Chandra devi, atara devi, Jout singh, fateh singh etc.
• As I was the EX secretary of TGMO, I have made a joint arrangement in case of any untoward accident of bus and in the death of driver we provide financial assistance to the family. We put the amount in the fixed deposit in their children’s name. We again deposit the same amount after maturity of FD. Few of them are Kunwar singh, Murari Lal, kendriya singh, kanak singh purola etc.
• We organized camps for pulse polio, life threatening ailments and also provide information about govt. medical schemes to the general public.
• In order to make our country polio free, we go to the small villages, town and districts and provide polio drops to the infants.
